The pontoon section of "Raft" type pier has a steel frame, galvanised according to GOST 9. 307-89, buoyancy modules H-600, made of UR-644 rotomoulding polyethylene with a wall thickness of 6-8 mm, with embedded elements for fastening to the frame, decking of impregnated coniferous board 120x28 mm with anti-skid cutting.
The pontoon section is designed for mooring small vessels. Hull strength and seaworthiness of the mooring section provide its safe operation on rivers, lakes and reservoirs and closed bays at a distance from the shore up to 3 000 m and wave height not more than 0.
