The deep groove ball bearings are designed to support radial loads, but can also support significant axial loads in two directions. When internal clearances are increased, axial loads can reach up to 70 per cent of the unused allowable radial load. They have high running speeds; the difference between the raceway radii of the rings and the ball radius increases the bearing's running speed.
Field of application: rigid two-axis shafts of machines and mechanisms of various branches of mechanical engineering (aviation, space, agricultural, automotive, etc.).
