The R65 type track switch of mark 1/9 on reinforced concrete bars is designed for transferring rolling stock from one track to another on the main tracks of railway lines with mixed freight-passenger train traffic.
Flexible shackles with welded rails are used in the arrow. The crossbar is of prefabricated welded construction - rail ends are welded to the core made of high-manganese steel. The counter rail is not connected with the track rail.
