Impulse reflectometer RI-407 is used for control during laying and operation of the following types of cable lines: power cables (ASB, VVG, SIP, etc.) overhead cable lines copper-core communication cables (TPP, MKS, etc.) signalling and signalling cables.etc.) signalling and control cables (SBPZAVpShp, etc.) computer networks (SCS, etc.) television and radio frequency cable lines (RK-75, etc.) to determine the length of the cable during its production, storage and trade. Pulse Reflectometer RI-407 realises the following measurement methods: Pulse Method (Time Domain Reflectometry - TDR) Pulse-Arc Reflection Method* (Arc Reflection Method - ARM) Oscillating Current Method* (Impulse Current Method - ICE). Impulse Current Method - ICE) DECAY travelling wave method* (DECAY travelling wave method) *when used in conjunction with high-voltage pulse generators (HVG), for example: ADG-200-2 SCAT-M.
