Professional machine is suitable for training 2 muscle groups: back extensors and abs. To work the abs, the athlete needs to lean the torso forward while sitting. A special seat, a support platform for the legs and a soft foot rest make training safe and comfortable.
To perform inclines, the athlete has to push the load roller, which moves the rubberised metal discs used as weights. The height of the roller can be easily adjusted.Back extensors are worked on in a similar way, but from a lying position on the machine face down. The support platform is set so that the thighs rest on the seat and the load roller rests on the upper back in the starting position.
Due to the tension of the back extensor muscles, the extensions are performed from a position of deep forward bending of the torso until it is fully straightened.
