Mobile jacking units UDP120DA are used for lifting wagons and gondola cars of all types, shunting locomotives, heavy track machines and various tank cars for the purpose of their repair or replacement of bogies at border relocation stations.
Each rig shall consist of the following components:
- four stationary jacks, each with a lifting capacity of 30 tonnes
- control panel UDS160-20.00 connected with jacks by electric cables.
Mobile jacking units UDP-120DA are used in metro depots, where head and intermediate cars of metro are serviced. UDP-120DA jacking units are suitable for all types and models of metro cars.
Mobile jacks for rolling stock do not require special fastening to the foundation, they can be easily moved along special rails and can be easily fixed in different positions depending on the length of the car frame. The jacks are installed in pairs on different sides of the railway track.
