The ALLEONN PS-2000-120 is a portable aluminum rolling scaffold designed for professional work at low heights in construction, finishing, and maintenance environments. Manufactured by ALLEONN LLC, a Krasnoyarsk-based fabricator specialising in custom aluminum structures, this unit conforms to GOST R 58752–2019 and ships with a manufacturer's passport, factory acceptance test certificate, and full assembly and operation documentation.
The frame is built from structural aluminum alloys AD31 T1 (22), AMg-6, and 6063T6 — grades selected for their high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. The knock-down structure consists of a working deck and two vertical 2-metre frame sections fabricated from aluminum profile and rectangular-section tubing; the deck surface is covered with moisture-resistant non-slip plywood, and the frame rungs are formed from grooved extrusion for secure footing.
The unit rolls on four swivel castors fitted with individual locking brakes, allowing rapid repositioning followed by hands-free locked work. The rated platform height is 2,000 mm, extending working reach to 3,500 mm; declared platform load capacity is 120 kg and total scaffold weight is only 42 kg — a practical balance for single-operator use without mechanical assistance.
All welded joints and fastening elements pass ALLEONN's internal quality acceptance before dispatch. Designed for a service life of up to 25 years, the PS-2000-120 can also be manufactured to custom dimensions or modified per customer drawings.
