The valve pneumatic actuator operates from the pressure of the control gas transported through the pipeline or prepared by an autonomous system. The actuators are equipped with a manual doubler (lever) to reposition the valve gate in the absence of pilot gas or if the pressure of the pilot gas is insufficient.
The force on the handle for valve gate resetting by the manual lever should not exceed 150 N during movement, 450 N at the beginning of movement, handle length - not more than 800 mm. Gas cavities of actuators are under gas pressure only during gate resetting, upon completion of gate rotation the control unit provides automatic pressure relief from the gas cavity.
The "exhaust" gas pressure is released through a special device. Pneumatic pipelines of the actuator control system should be made of stainless steel.
Installation is to be carried out by the manufacturer.
