Description

Defectoscope for in-line diagnostics of main pipelines MFL 12/10 is designed to detect various damages of pipelines with outer diameter from 10 to 12 inches by the method of magnetic flux dispersion.
The set of equipment corresponds to TU 28.99.39-002-82209959-2020.
Main characteristics of the equipment:
- range of speeds of magnetic inspection devices movement along the pipeline - from 0.5 to 4.0 m/s;
- minimum internal diameter of pipeline constriction, passable for magnetic inspection devices - 0.8 Dn;
- minimum radius of pipeline rotation - 1.5 Dn x 90 deg;
- number of channels of magnetic measuring section - 152;
