The working principle of the device is based on the application of direct potentiometry method. It determines the acidity of milk in degrees ternary. It can be used as a high-resistance millivoltmeter:- when measuring the EMF from the output of the electrode system;- in potentiometric titration.
When measuring the pH of whole milk converts pH to the value of titratable acidity of milk in degrees Turner (T).
