- without protective coating: 86.52(±0.15)×36.7(±0.1)×15.9(±0.07) mm.
- with protective coating: 86.52(+0.23/-0.07)×36.7(+0.18/-0.02)×15.9(+0.15/+0.01) mm.
The geometric shape of the magnet is a rectangular parallelepiped (block).
Requirements for protective multilayer coating on magnets:
NiCuNi+Sn+insulating (non-conductive) epoxy coating.
Thickness of multilayer metal coating NiCuNi+Sn ? 13 ?m.
Thickness of insulating (non-conductive) epoxy coating ? 15 µm.
Total thickness of the protective coating ? 30 µm.
No traces of grease, oil, fats, coolants and other traces are allowed on the surface of coated magnets,
grease, fats, coolants and other contaminants requiring washing and cleaning.
On the surface of coated magnets it is not allowed to have defects of appearance, such as: delamination, oil, grease, coolants and other contaminants requiring washing, cleaning
on the surface of coated magnets, such as: delamination of the coating, cracks, chips, sinks, risks, scratches,
pitting, abrasions, scuffs, roughness, ... .
