The DG-0.9VU is a compact ring-die pellet press engineered by DOZA-AGRO, a Russian manufacturer of integrated feed-milling equipment and complete granulation lines. The machine converts loose compound feed mash into uniform pellets for livestock, poultry, and fish, and is built for integration into small-scale granulation lines and mini-factory configurations.
Drive power comes from an 18.5 kW, 1,500 rpm electric motor through a three-groove V-belt transmission at a 1:5 ratio. The U-shaped screw feeder, rated at 0.75 kW and fitted with a built-in magnetic trap, delivers metered raw material at a variable rate adjustable via an external frequency converter.
An integrated paddle conditioner (1.1 kW) accepts steam or liquid addition before compression, improving pellet durability and reducing die wear.
The ring-die press unit accommodates hole diameters from 2 to 10 mm. The die is manufactured from case-hardened 18ХГТ (20CrMnTi) steel with a working face width of 67 mm, and the paired press rolls are 40Kh steel, 104 mm in diameter with a 76 mm working face.
Die retention studs double as sacrificial shear pins to guard against overload damage.
Overall dimensions are 1,472 × 580 × 1,323 mm with a total mass of 382 kg. The unit ships as a complete assembly with operating documentation; the forming die is priced and ordered separately, giving operators the flexibility to stock multiple bore sizes for different feed recipes.
