The F-INOX Pasta Station PS is a custom-configured professional cooking module engineered for high-throughput preparation of pasta, wok dishes, dumplings, and ravioli in restaurant kitchens. Built entirely from food-grade stainless steel and powered by a 220 V / 50 Hz supply, the station integrates a refrigerated storage compartment (−2 to +8 °C), a chilled gastronorm pan bath for toppings and sauces, a built-in sink, a flat induction hob, a wok burner, a built-in pasta cooker, and an overhead finished-dish shelf — all within a single ergonomic footprint.
The refrigeration system relies exclusively on European-sourced components, ensuring long-term reliability under demanding foodservice conditions. The station can be configured for one or two chefs, with each refrigerated zone independently controlled and dividable to support simultaneous preparation of different cuisines — Italian pasta on one side and Asian wok dishes on the other, for example.
