The PNC-PTZ-8A4X40-G is a professional 4-megapixel PTZ surveillance camera designed and manufactured by PANOCAM LLC, a Russian company specialising in advanced wide-angle and panoramic video surveillance solutions. At the heart of the camera is a large-format 1/1.8" CMOS sensor delivering 2560×1440 resolution at up to 30 fps, with a minimum scene illumination of 0.0005 lux — enabling clear footage in conditions approaching total darkness.
The 40× optical zoom lens spans a focal range of 6.5 to 260 mm with an aperture of F1.5–F4.8, shifting the field of view from a broad 61° down to just 2° for detailed long-range observation. Built-in IR illuminators reach targets up to 800 metres away and automatically adjust their intensity in step with the zoom setting, so night-time detail is preserved throughout the entire focal range.
Full 360° continuous pan rotation, motorised tilt, and programmable preset positions allow rapid repositioning across large surveillance zones. The camera is housed in an IP66-rated metal enclosure rated for operation between −40 °C and +70 °C, making it well-suited to demanding outdoor and industrial environments.
Three simultaneous video streams in H.264 or H.265, ONVIF Profile S and Profile G support, and on-board MicroSD recording round out a feature set designed for seamless integration into professional security management infrastructure.
