The TR70-119 is an outer steering tie rod end from the premium "Champion" line made by CJSC "PO "TREK", a Russian chassis-parts manufacturer based in Miass, Chelyabinsk region. Supplied complete with high-strength mounting hardware, it replaces OEM part 93741077 and fits a wide range of compact cars: Chevrolet Matiz (1997-2015), Chevrolet Spark (2005 onwards), Daewoo Matiz (1997-2015), Daewoo Tico (1988-2004), Opel Agila (2000-2007) and Subaru Justy III (2003-2007).
The ball pin is machined from heat-treated alloy steel, its sphere and fillet are additionally strengthened by roller burnishing, and the thread is roll-formed for precision and fatigue strength. The bearing liner is moulded from Celanese polyformaldehyde with grease-retention grooves, the sphere carries a dedicated anti-friction coating, and the joint is packed with ShRB-4 grease.
A thermoplastic polyurethane boot - three times stronger than rubber or silicone equivalents and frost-resistant down to -65 °C - seals the joint, while both the housing and the ball pin receive anti-corrosion coatings. Key dimensions: 14 mm ball-pin seat diameter, 1:8 taper, M12x1.25 pin thread and M12x1.5 internal housing thread.
