The SIPB3BA.9-11 is a 3000 VA / 2700 W online double-conversion uninterruptible power supply in a floor-standing (tower) enclosure, produced by PARUS ELECTRO LLC — a Russian developer and manufacturer of professional UPS equipment. The true online double-conversion topology means connected loads are powered exclusively from a fully conditioned inverter output at all times, with zero milliseconds of transfer time when grid power fails or degrades.

The output waveform is a pure sine wave in every operating mode, making the unit safe for a broad range of sensitive electronic and industrial loads.

The unit accepts a wide input voltage range of 110 to 290 V and a frequency range of 45–65 Hz, tolerating significant grid disturbances without switching to battery. Output voltage is regulated to ±2% accuracy at 220 V with a 0.9 output power factor.

Six built-in sealed lead-acid batteries on a 72 V DC bus deliver approximately 3 minutes of runtime at full load and 8 minutes at 50% load; up to four external battery modules can be added, extending runtime to over 65 minutes at 2500 W.
