The normalisation tank is designed for normalisation of high-fat cream in the lines of in-line production of butter, as well as for their storage (50-58% fat content). It is a vertical double-walled cylindrical vessel with a sloping bottom and a mechanical paddle stirrer.
The lining of the vessel fulfils the function of thermal protection. If the product needs to be heated, the sealed container between the inner bath and the jacket is filled with hot water or steam.
The tank is mounted on three height-adjustable legs. The tank is made to order, the technical characteristics are specified in the terms of reference, drawings and specifications.
