The НЦПН-40/100Э is a normal-pressure centrifugal fire pump manufactured by Oryol Machine-Building Plant (ООО «Орловский Машиностроительный Завод»), an industrial enterprise based in Oryol, Russia, specializing in firefighting equipment. The pump is a single-stage, cantilevered centrifugal design engineered to deliver water and aqueous foam agent solutions with temperatures up to 30°C, pH 7–10.5, density up to 1,100 kg/m³, and solid particle concentration up to 0.5%.
Built for integration into the closed compartments of fire trucks, fire boats, and mobile firefighting units operating in positive-temperature environments, it delivers a nominal flow rate of 40 l/s at a 100 m head and 2,700 rpm shaft speed. Maximum flow capacity reaches 50 l/s, while maximum head extends to 115 m.
Power draw in nominal mode is 60 kW (82 hp), with a pump efficiency of 60% and a maximum geometric suction height of 7.5 m. The unit features a built-in foam proportioner with eight dosing positions, supporting 6% and 3% foam solution concentrations.
Three delivery ports (2×DN70 + 1×DN80) and one DN125 suction inlet allow flexible hose configurations. The aluminum housing supports operation in УХЛ (sub-arctic/cold-climate) conditions with a rated service life of 12 years.
