DORNIT 300 is a needle-punched nonwoven polyester geotextile with a surface density of 300 g/m² and a tensile breaking load of 9.0 kN/m. It is manufactured by TECHNOPLAST LLC in Vladimir Oblast through a fully closed-loop production process: recycled PET bottles are converted on-site into polyester staple fiber, which is then processed on four Italian needle-punching lines operating continuously around the clock.
TECHNOPLAST has held the registered DORNIT trademark since 2017 and produces the fabric across a density range from 100 to 600 g/m², with DORNIT 300 occupying the mid-range and suited to a broad spectrum of civil and infrastructure applications. Rolls are supplied in widths up to 6 meters, packaged in heat-shrink film, and palletized for transport.
The material fulfills five core geotechnical functions simultaneously: filtration, drainage, layer separation, structural protection, and load distribution. TECHNOPLAST holds STO approvals from Rosavtodor and AVTODOR GK for road infrastructure, separate STO certificates for railway construction, and fire safety and conformity certificates covering the full DORNIT range.
Production and dispatch runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, supporting large bulk orders and prompt replenishment for ongoing site work.
