1. The oven is designed for continuous baking of all types of bread and bakery products baked at temperatures up to 300°C.
2. The oven consists of a baking chamber, furnace device with burner, a system of gas ducts for distribution of heating gases on the cases, return gas ducts with a recirculation fan, doors of the baking chamber, drive station, mesh tray with a return channel, a system of extraction of vapours from the baking chamber; tension station, vapour moistening system, electrical equipment, cladding and thermal insulation.
The oven drive is equipped with a frequency regulator, which allows to regulate the speed of the oven net feed within the range of 10 to 30 minutes of baking time.
The design of the oven allows the installation of a gas burner in it.
