Description

The multi-saw edger, model MKS 1000 is equipped with a long shaft and a wide feed table. Strong steel housing provides rigidity and reliability of the machine. It is possible to install saws at different distances.

MKS-1000 clearly shows high efficiency when the machine of the first row (e.g. sawmill P63) saws in a slump. In this case, the edger can replace energy-consuming and expensive second-row multi-sawing machine with a cutting height of up to 200-250 mm due to its productivity.

Two rows of claw guards at the machine inlet prevent the ejection of workpieces and chips and provide increased safety of work on the machine. The machine is equipped with an ammeter to monitor the load on the saw shaft motor. On the machine can be set stepless adjustment of the feed rate by means of an inverter (optional).
