The Samospas "K" Classic is a multi-functional flexible rescue stretcher (MSNS-K) produced by SAMOSPAS LLC, a Russian manufacturer specializing in rescue and self-rescue systems for firefighting and emergency services. Built around a 2 mm flexible plastic sheet with reinforcing straps, it is designed for moving sick or injured persons by hand through narrow and hard-to-reach spaces where rigid stretchers cannot pass.
The "K" (classic) version is the lightest modification in the MSNS line, weighing only 5.6 kg while carrying evacuees up to 160 kg. Rolled up, the stretcher packs down to a compact 900x240x240 mm cylinder, making it easy to deliver to the incident site; a single rescuer can perform drag evacuation or attach the loaded stretcher to a winch.
Four fixing straps secure the casualty reliably so the stretcher can be moved horizontally, vertically, or at any angle permitted by the patient's condition.
