MR-5 is a direct acting diaphragm (rupture disc) with a solid dome and attenuating radial notches. It is tensile, pressure acting on a concave surface, and is used over a wide range of pressures.
Operates in thousandths of a second without the formation of fragments and fragments of the dome. Suitable for liquid and gaseous media, good resistance to cyclic loads and working pressure pulsations.
