Motovoz is designed for transportation of household goods, tools, mechanisms and devices on platforms, transportation of long rail lines on rail trolleys, performance of loading and unloading works, as well as for delivery of repair workers to the place of works. It is possible to operate both in open areas and in tunnel conditions (GOST 23961 dimension M for track machines intended for operation on underground lines).
Brake pads are unified with brake pads of the metro passenger car. The driver's cabin is streamlined, elements of polymer (composite) materials are used.
There are two driver's consoles in the cab, which allow to control the locomotive equally regardless of the direction of movement. The seats for transporting 4 workers are equipped both in the driver's cab and on the bonnet of the power unit.
The crane-manipulator unit can be operated at temperatures from -40 C to +40 C.
