The КП-130.11 (model 83418А) is a towed trailer kitchen manufactured by IZST LLC, a Russian specialist in mobile field catering equipment operating under the кухнявполе.рф brand. The unit is designed to provide three full hot meals per day for up to 130 people and can function equally in stationary field conditions — either mounted on its chassis or removed from it — as well as during road movement, so feeding operations continue without halting a convoy.
At the heart of the system are four cooking cauldrons: three units for first courses and boiling water (100 L working / 80 L net each) and one cauldron for main dishes (85 L working / 75 L net), supplemented by a 36-litre water heater and a roasting oven for an expanded menu range. The kitchen runs on liquid diesel fuel at roughly 10 kg/h or on solid fuel such as firewood, giving logisticians flexibility when operating in areas with limited fuel supply.
On its chassis the unit measures 3,810 × 2,180 × 1,620 mm and is towed by standard Russian commercial and military trucks — KAMAZ, ZIL, or GAZ — at speeds up to 80 km/h. Fuel is stored in an onboard tank and additionally in the hollow frame, providing an extended operational range before resupply.
The kitchen ships complete with kitchen accessories, making it a turnkey catering solution for field deployment.
