The RAP-60-U is a mobile single-rail truck unloader manufactured by AGROMASHREGION LLC, a Russian engineering company specializing in agricultural and industrial bulk-handling equipment. The unit is built to discharge loose cargo — grain, aggregates, sand, and similar materials — from truck bodies directly into bunkers, ground-level stockpiles, barges, or receiving hoppers, handling both solo trucks and full truck-trailer combinations without any need to uncouple them.
A loaded vehicle drives onto the 10-metre lifting platform via an integrated entry ramp; wheel chocks then lock the wheels in position. Once the side board is opened, the 7.5 kW gear-motor raises the platform to the required tilt angle, causing cargo to slide out by gravity.
Maximum platform height is reached in approximately 90 seconds. The unit is rated for vehicle gross cargo loads up to 60 tonnes.
A standout feature of the RAP-60-U is the complete absence of civil foundation work: the machine operates on a gravel-topped or finished concrete pad, with no excavation or concrete pouring required. Its own undercarriage allows repositioning by a standard forklift or tractor.
An integrated weighing system with a digital readout records vehicle weight during the unloading cycle, eliminating the need for a separate weighbridge.
The machine is widely deployed at grain elevators, grain-receiving stations, and grain-cleaning facilities across Russia, and is also used on construction sites handling bulk aggregates. AGROMASHREGION engineers the RAP series for minimal site preparation and high seasonal throughput, making it a cost-effective solution for enterprises that handle large volumes of loose bulk cargo.
