The PROTEMOL LLC OMG series are horizontal stainless-steel mixing tanks designed for receiving, cooling, and storing dairy products, ice cream mix, fruit juices, vegetable oils, and other liquid food products prior to further processing. Built by PROTEMOL LLC — a Russian food equipment manufacturer headquartered in Vologda whose product range spans full dairy, ice cream, confectionery, and beverage processing lines — the OMG tanks combine a robust horizontal vessel with an integrated agitator to keep product homogeneous and temperature-controlled during storage.
Fabricated from food-grade austenitic stainless steel (AISI 304, 316, or 321), the series covers working volumes from 1 to 50 m³. The stirrer drive turns at 18 rpm with an installed motor power of 1.1–2.2 kW; buyers may choose between a motor-reducer with propeller or paddle impeller, or an ejector-type system comprising a pump, pipework, and nozzle.
Standard equipment includes a thermal-insulated cooling jacket, temperature and level sensors, CIP spray heads, an air relief valve, an access hatch, and a service ladder, along with a full instrumentation package (КИП) for automated process control. The OMG range complies with Eurasian technical regulations ТР ТС 010/2011 (machinery safety) and ТР ТС 020/2011 (electromagnetic compatibility), and carries Declaration of Conformity ЕАЭС N RU Д-RU.РА07.В.46712/23.
The manufacturer provides a 12–15-month warranty and makes the tanks available under a 1% annual FRP leasing programme.
