The ADM-8A-200 is a pipeline milking machine system designed for machine milking and primary milk processing on dairy cattle farms operating under stall-housing conditions. Manufactured by Kurganselmash LLC — a specialized agricultural machinery producer based in Kurgan, Russia — the ADM-8A-200 is the 200-head variant of the ADM-8A series, distinguished by its glass milk pipeline construction.
The system accommodates 208 head of cattle and comes equipped with 12 milking units, with an installed electrical power of 8.75 kW. The complete assembly consists of 13 component packages covering all major subsystems: the glass milk pipeline, milk evacuator, two automatic milk pipeline lift devices, milk dosers, mounting hardware, stainless steel pipes, PVC pipes, and the UVU-F-60 unified vacuum unit.
Kurganselmash has been manufacturing dairy equipment for decades, with a product range spanning vacuum and milk pumps, milking aggregates, stall equipment, manure removal conveyors, and all associated spare parts and fittings. Equipment is delivered throughout all regions of the Russian Federation.
The ADM-8A-200 can be installed with either front-end or side placement of the milk room and vacuum section, allowing flexible integration into existing barn layouts. Custom configurations for non-standard herd sizes are also available from the manufacturer on request.
