The milk cooler consists of a tank with evaporator, covers, traverses, gear motor, electric cabinet with control panel, as well as
compressor-condenser unit.

The design of the chiller determines its type. Model M2-2000 is an open type chiller of vertical design. A distinctive feature of the milk cooler model M2-2000 is the use of patented slotted evaporator, which provides a significant safety margin for high pressure, which is formed when working in the evaporator refrigerant.
