Cheremkhovsky Plant of Metal Constructions (ООО ЧЗМК) manufactures hot-dip galvanized steel road barriers designed for traffic separation on public roads and bridges. The barriers are produced in three principal configurations — bilateral road (ДД), unilateral road (ДО), and bilateral bridge (ДМ) — covering the full spectrum of road safety applications from urban streets to motorway medians and bridge parapets.
Type designations include the combined (К) and road separator block (Б) variants, with mounting orientations available in parallel, asymmetric, and non-parallel arrangements to suit site geometry. Collision speed classes span from 60 to 130 km/h, and standard installed height is 750–800 mm.
Every unit is finished with hot-dip galvanizing and comes equipped with retroreflective elements for visibility under low-light conditions. ЧЗМК operates in Cheremkhovo, Irkutsk Oblast (Siberia), and runs the largest hot-dip galvanizing bath from Novosibirsk to Vladivostok — a German-made W.Pilling unit measuring 13,970 × 2,200 × 3,350 mm.
The zinc coating delivers a service life exceeding 50 years. The plant maintains its own railway siding, enabling efficient dispatch of large structural shipments throughout Russia.
