The LVS00M is a Category M1 medical service vehicle produced by PROMTEH LLC (Промышленные технологии), a licensed Russian manufacturer of specialised automobiles based in Moscow. Built on the LADA GF (Granta facelift) sedan — factory designation GFK110 — the vehicle carries the official type-approval designation LV00 / LVS00M and is converted specifically for field medical service organisations, rural health stations, and industrial medical departments.
The colour scheme conforms to GOST 28385-89, the Russian national standard for sanitary vehicle markings. Power comes from a 1.6-litre petrol engine rated at 78 kW maximum power and 148 Nm of torque, paired with a VAZ manual gearbox and running on RON-92 or higher fuel.
The passenger compartment seats either a driver plus up to four medical staff and ambulatory patients, or a driver plus one stretcher-borne patient and two medical attendants. Interior equipment includes eco-leather seat covers that withstand chemical disinfection, 2/3 tinted rear windows for patient privacy, and collapsible transverse stretchers stored in the boot when not deployed.
An optional medical-kit cabinet can be installed in the luggage compartment at the customer's discretion. Overall dimensions are 4,426–4,445 mm long, 1,764–1,785 mm wide, and 1,478–1,548 mm tall, with a maximum gross vehicle mass of 1,730 kg.
