The Штаксель 3,5 is a mobile medical oxygen concentrator manufactured in Russia by ТРИММ (TMS LLC), registered under Russian Ministry of Health certificate РЗН 2019/9065. Unlike cylinder-based oxygen supply, the unit extracts high-purity oxygen directly from ambient air through pressure-swing adsorption (PSA) on molecular sieves that selectively remove nitrogen — delivering a continuous, uninterrupted oxygen stream without consumable gas supplies.
The concentrator produces oxygen at concentrations up to 93% (±3%) and flows adjustable from 1 to 6 L/min, with output pressure maintained at 3.3–3.8 bar — high enough to feed hospital piped compressed-air and vacuum systems as well as anesthesia machines and ventilators directly. An integrated compressed-air channel simultaneously delivers 32 L/min, making the Штаксель 3,5 fully self-sufficient for surgical and resuscitation applications.
The unit is rated for continuous 24/7 service, operates at a quiet 48 dB, and is mounted on heavy-duty castors within a 61×82×68 cm cabinet weighing 122 kg. Dual audio-visual alarms monitor operation at all times, and the air intake filter carries a 12-month service interval.
Certified and manufactured domestically, the Штаксель 3,5 gives hospitals a reliable, import-independent oxygen source well suited to surgical theatres, intensive care, and field medical deployments.
