Volches series VU-M are designed for grinding fresh meat and meat products, as well as frozen to minus 18 ° C meat, pre-cut on the block cutter or block chopper to pieces not more than 1 kg.
In addition to the above mentioned, VU-B series grinders are able to grind whole frozen (up to minus 18°C) meat blocks.
Design features:
The equipment is made entirely of stainless steel AISI304;
The screws are made of solid stainless steel, high rotational accuracy;
Drive elements in a closed machine housing, which gives optimum protection against contamination. The degree of protection of the sensors and electronic components is IP 69;
VU-M/B feed auger is driven by electric motors equipped with frequency converters.
The drive of the working auger, depending on the modification, is carried out from a single/two-speed electric motor (can be equipped with a frequency converter).
