The RDW A520 is an mATX motherboard developed by RDW Technology (РДВ Технолоджи), a Russian manufacturer of computing equipment that has been producing AMD AM4-platform boards since 2020. Built on the AMD A520 chipset, it supports the complete range of AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, and 9 as well as AMD Athlon processors — covering configurations from 2 to 16 cores — in a single AM4 socket.
Memory support spans DDR4 with AMD EXPO overclocking profile compatibility, and networking is handled by an onboard interface rated up to 2.5 Gb/s LAN. Connectivity includes SATA ports for traditional storage, an M.2 key M slot for high-speed NVMe or SATA drives, an M.2 key A-E slot for wireless expansion, a PCIe x16 slot for discrete graphics, and a COM header for legacy serial-interface equipment.
The board serves as the certified platform foundation for more than 30 RDW Computers product configurations, including ARM workstations in the Ural, Uvelka, and Tanalyk series, Pechora-series desktop systems spanning SFF through Full Tower, and all-in-one PCs from the Kama and Tanalyk lines. Systems built on this board have received a positive conclusion from Russia's Ministry of Industry and Trade (Minpromtorg) and hold compatibility certificates for the trusted Russian operating systems Astra Linux, Basalt SPO, and Red OS — qualifying them for priority consideration in government and state-sector procurement.
