Supplied in parts for on-site assembly. The shut-off valve is installed between the inlet and supply pipes of the mill and is designed for shutting off the gas-fuel mixture feeding path during stops, inspections and repair works inside the mill. Shiber represents a flat frame, inside of which two flaps move.
The flaps of the shut-off screen represent a flat frame, the cavities of which are filled with insulating material (perlite concrete). The flaps of the cut-off gate are inserted into the frame and move along the frame guides. Movement of the gate leaves is carried out by means of a hydraulic actuator.
During operation, the flaps of the shut-off gate move to the free space to the right and left of the mill axis, and the gap between the inlet and supply pipes is closed with a seal. The gate valve is mounted on stands made of 219×22 mm pipe.
