Belt conveyors consist of a bed, two end drums, respectively at the driving and tensioning stations, a rotary drum, a belt, which wraps around these drums, upper trough (grooved) and straight lower roller supports, installed on the bed of the conveyor and supporting the belt. The driving drum receives rotation from the electric drive. The belt fulfils the functions of a pulling and carrying organ of the conveyor. The conveyor bed consists of three sections: tension station, drive station and the middle part, where the roller supports are mounted.
