They have galvanic input-output isolation, as well as protection of output circuits against short circuit in the load, against overcurrent, against input voltage decrease and output voltage excess. They are made on hybrid-film technology in hermetic metal-glass cases with planar arrangement of pins entirely on the domestic element base.
