The 32100D is a low-floor wagon-type passenger trolleybus (category M3, class I) from the OLGERD series developed by BKM Holding (Belkommunmash), the Belarusian electric-transport manufacturer, and supplied through its official Russian partner BELRUS LLC, which operates an assembly site in Krasnoyarsk. The OLGERD body is a redesigned successor to the earlier SYABAR generation: it is built from unified sections with identical window and door openings, which standardizes glazing and structural components and simplifies maintenance, while offering a noticeably larger low-floor area in the passenger cabin.
The 12.5-metre vehicle (2,550 mm wide, 3,500 mm high) is fitted with an in-motion charging system: energy-storage batteries are replenished during roughly 50 minutes of running under the overhead contact network, giving the trolleybus an autonomous range of at least 20 km off the wires. Current collectors are raised and lowered automatically from the driver's cab and are equipped with automatic pole-catching.
The series platform is rated for up to 95 passengers with a 150 kW traction motor and a daily run of around 300 km. Passenger amenities can include USB charging sockets, Wi-Fi, a multimedia system, surround-view cameras, heated flooring and the 'Talking City' audio-guidance system for passengers with limited mobility.
