Description

Steklotekstolit is a layered sheet material consisting of several layers of glass fabric, glued together by hot pressing, with the addition of thermosetting epoxyphenolic binder. Glass-textolite sheet is used as an electrical insulating material in many industries. Steklotextolite is environmentally friendly material, has high dielectric and mechanical properties, heat and moisture resistance, durability.
Steklotextolite STEF is the most widely spread. It has high mechanical strength at moderate temperature, high stability of electrical properties at high humidity. Long-term allowable operating temperature range is from -65°C to +155°C. It is intended for operation in aggressive environment of transformer oil and air environment under conditions of normal and high humidity.
