The radiation source is a solid-state pulsed nanosecond Nd:YAG laser with diode pumping and Q-SW modulation of goodness-of-fit. The operating ultraviolet radiation with wavelength ?=213 nm is produced by cascade conversion of the fundamental frequency (?=1064nm) into second, third and fifth harmonic frequencies.
