The Monsterfan MF-C16 is an industrial-grade HVLS (High Volume, Low Speed) ceiling fan developed by MonsterFans, a brand of Schwank Group and manufactured in Russia by Sibshvank OJSC. Nicknamed "The Allround Monster," the MF-C16 occupies the mid-position in the three-model MonsterFans range and is the most widely applicable choice for large industrial and commercial spaces.
The fan spans 4.9 metres (16 ft) in diameter and rotates at 10 to 75 RPM, quietly displacing large volumes of air across floor areas of up to 850 m². Its blades are fabricated from lightweight aluminium alloy drawn from the aerospace industry, and paired with a high-quality precision motor to deliver both outstanding air distribution and extended service life.
The unit weighs 113 kg and ships with a dedicated speed-control box. The underlying physics of the MF-C16 make it a year-round asset.
In summer it produces a gentle, steady air column that reduces the perceived temperature by up to 5°C, substantially improving worker comfort at a fraction of the energy cost of conventional air conditioning. In winter the same fan breaks up the heat stratification typical in high-bay buildings, redistributing warm air trapped near the ceiling down to the working zone and cutting heating expenditure significantly.
