RA 230 is a jersey sport stretch fabric knitted from 95% polyamide and 5% elastane at around 230 g/m² class, engineered as the body fabric for athletic and form-fitting garments. The polyamide base gives the cloth its sport credentials: high tensile and abrasion strength, quick drying and a smooth, technical hand, while the elastane content provides the four-way stretch and recovery that activewear patterns assume.
Fabrics of this composition are the standard input for leggings, swimwear, gymnastics and dance costumes, compression-style tops and performance linings — categories where cotton-based knits cannot compete on durability or shape retention. Supplied by the meter at a 1,000-unit minimum order, RA 230 targets activewear manufacturers, dancewear and swimwear producers, and technical textile traders.
