Jacquard Woven Rugs - Machine-Made Double-Pile — MERINOS OJSC

Machine-made double-pile jacquard woven rugs from MERINOS OJSC are produced at one of Russia's largest carpet factories, located in the North-West industrial zone of Rostov-on-Don. The plant was built as an investment project of MERİNOS HALI SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş., a leading international carpet manufacturer, with the Russian company established in 2005 and full-scale production launched in March 2009.

The carpet-weaving facility occupies 21,000 square metres and is equipped with modern jacquard weaving machinery, giving an annual output capacity of around 5 million square metres of carpets and rug products. Since December 2011 the factory has operated its own 19,000-square-metre polypropylene yarn plant on the same site, producing up to 750 tonnes of BCF, Heat-set and Frize yarn per month in a wide colour palette — so the entire production chain, from fibre to finished rug, is controlled in-house.

The current catalogue spans more than twenty woven collections, from classic oriental patterns to contemporary geometric and shaggy designs, including ETALON, VALENCIA DELUXE, SOFIA, GAVANA and COMFORT SHAGGY. All output is certified, sold throughout the Russian Federation and exported to CIS countries, making these rugs a proven product for wholesale buyers looking for consistent, factory-direct quality.
