The integrated circuit K1987PV035 (NRTSAFE7A) is designed for use in three-phase electricity metering devices, includes seven channels of analogue-digital conversion of current and voltage, performs their statistical processing and transfer of results to the main calculator of the meter (PU).
The microcircuit is built on the basis of 19-bit sigma-delta ADC of the second order and provides:
- active and reactive energy calculation;
- pulse outputs for calculation of: active, reactive, total energy;
- calculation of active, reactive and total powers for three phases and total;
- storing instantaneous values of currents and voltages in all channels for further analysis;
- calculation of RMS values of currents and voltages;
- Calculation of phase shift between current and voltage over three phases;
- Calibration corrections;
- temperature sensor;
- automatic compensation of temperature drift of the reference voltage;
- SPI communication.
