Description

The integrated circuit K1947VK028 is designed for use as part of a solid-state information storage device with SATA 6 Gb/s interface based on NAND-Flash memory up to 2TB. The controller performs functions of reading, writing, data integrity control and bit error correction occurring in the NAND-Flash memory structure. The controller's firmware implements algorithms for translating logical addresses of the drive into physical addresses of the NAND-Flash memory array, wear levelling, control and replacement of faulty blocks.
