Description
Technological equipment is designed for industrial application for processing of fish, meat industry waste and other resources requiring high-temperature treatment, for production of feed components from ground raw materials (feed fish meal, meat and bone meal, blood meal, etc.).
Raw material enters through the loading window into the body of the cooker, where it is boiled. The raw material is heated through the wall of the housing and the shaft by steam supplied to the shaft and the jacket of the cooker.
The raw material is moved in the boilers by a screw mounted on the shaft. The speed of rotation of the shaft determines the speed of raw material movement in the boilers and thus the time of product stay in the boilers is regulated.
During the cooking process, fat is extracted from the bone tissue and flesh of the raw material. In case of using raw materials with higher fat content, it is allowed to add water to the raw materials or use sharp steam. Raw material in the cooker is heated to a temperature of 86-96 ° C.
