Indium (III)-cerium (IV) oxide for thin layer optics (pilot batch). It is a greenish coloured tablet of size Ø 12-25 mm and height 5-15 mm with a density of 4.0-7.1 g/cm3.
The transparency area is 0.4-9 µm. Chemical formula In2O3-SeO2.
Refractive index 1.82-1.95. Purpose and application: as a starting material for the manufacture of thin-layer optical coatings by thermal and electron-beam evaporation in vacuum.
