The HydroCold HC-PSP is a booster pump station engineered for industrial water and water-glycol circulation systems, produced under the CleverCold brand by Orbita Service LLC (НОВАЯ ОРБИТА), a Russian manufacturer with over two decades of expertise in industrial cooling and temperature-control systems. The company designs, manufactures, installs, and services its equipment in-house from its facility in Dedovsk, Moscow region.
The HC-PSP station is sized by cooling capacity per pump — 150, 300, 600, or 1,200 kW (at ΔT = 5 °C) — and can be built with one to four pumps to match redundancy and flow requirements. Three pressure classes are offered: LP (low pressure), SP (standard pressure), and HP (high pressure), covering outlet pressures from 0.38 to 0.93 MPa and heads from 38 to 93 m.
Flow capacity spans 25 to 800 m³/h. Collector diameters of 4", 6", 8", or 10" (101.6 to 254 mm) allow direct integration with the system's main distribution pipework.
The station handles both clean water and water-glycol antifreeze solutions across a working media temperature range of −10 °C to +55 °C. The enclosure and wetted components are manufactured in metal and plastic.
The HC-PSP is part of the broader HYDROCOLD equipment line, which also includes reservoirs, filtering stations, and heat exchangers.
