Purpose:
The waterjet cutting machine is designed for cutting sheet material, processing pipes, and other types of parts, from various materials. Processing is carried out as a jet of pure water (plastic, rubber, insulation materials, etc.), and a jet of water with abrasive (cutting high-alloy steels, processing of titanium and alloys, copper, aluminium, armoured and acrylic glass, stone, etc.), the whole process of processing the product is controlled by CNC system.
Design features:
-The machine's support legs are made of stainless steel and can be easily replaced in case of wear. To support the material to be machined, quick-changeable ribs are installed on the support legs to maximise the protection of the support legs from the effects of the waterjet. In order to protect the working area from noise and dust, the machine bath is equipped with a fast water raising/lowering system, which allows the workpiece to be machined fully submerged in water.
