Tutor on the hip joint is a rigid orthopaedic structure that provides the pelvis and hip of the person in the required position. A single sleeve made by melting thermoplastic covers the pelvis and one hip, reaching the lower edge of the ribs in the upper part, in the front down to the groin area, in the back down to the gluteal fold, and in the distal border to the knee joint with the capture of the femoral condyles.
The torso is removable. It is attached to the recipient's torso by a wide contact band and additional straps (if necessary).
Additional equipment includes: soft liners, metal stiffening bars, ventilation holes, coloured lining.
